I base my aircraft there, am a member of FOCA ( Friends of Cameron Airpark )and have become friends with many of my past customers and clients. I have located properties which have their own airstrip and brokered them for both buyers and sellers. I love aviation and sometimes join the local pilots in formation flying in a Chinese Nanchang CJ-6a. After selling N63536, the CJ6a in some of the pictures, I was lost, so bought another, in Austin Texas. After repairs and modifications, I flew it to Cameron Airpark. This one is light weight and does perhaps perform better, though not as well equipped as * Betty * was.

Personal
I'm a native of New York State ( Garden City, Long Island )and graduated from Garden City High School in 1970 and attended
St John's University and Hofstra University. I graduated from Hofstra in 1975 with a BA degree in Communications and Marketing. I earned my pilots license in 1973 and was president of the Hofstra Flying Club. I completed my Instrument Rating in 1977. My relocation to California was the result of taking an aircraft sales position in 1978 to sell Beechcraft Aircraft. I began investing in real estate in 1978 and became an agent in 1980 working as a Land Specialist for a local attorney/broker who acquired a Coldwell Banker Franchise and I stayed with him through 1989. I earned my California Real Estate Brokers License also in 1989 and started Nickson and Associates later that year. I am a Independent Broker and intensly protect and foster the Real Estate Business of a few select repeat clients. This has been a part of my business ever since. I can offer numerous references upon request.
